Kazhugu (1981 film)

Summary

Kazhugu (transl. Eagle) is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language action film written by Panchu Arunachalam and directed by S. P. Muthuraman, starring Rajinikanth, Rati Agnihotri and Sumalatha. Upon release on 6 March 1981, the film, which revolved around hypnotism and human sacrifice did not go well with the audience, and it became an average grosser. It is inspired by the 1975 American film Race with the Devil.
